If you need assistance finding a provider, please contact the MTANJ at (732) 719-7229. We will refer you to MTANJ member companies in your area. If you have Medicaid or a Medicaid HMO as your primary insurance, you will need to arrange your transportation through NJ Medicaid's transportation broker, LogistiCare.
