Certified MAVT's
MAVT's must have their MAVT card with them at all times when working and to confirm certification. If you need to confirm certification for employment purposes, please contact the MTANJ office at (732) 719-7229 for verification.
Replacement cards are available for a small fee and upon request.

LOOKING FOR MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION?
The MTANJ is a trade association representing EMS, ambulance, and MAV providers and does not offer transportation services. If you need assistance finding a provider, please contact the MTANJ at (732) 719-7229. We will refer you to MTANJ member companies in your area.
If you have Medicaid or a Medicaid HMO as your primary insurance, you will need to arrange your transportation through NJ Medicaid's transportation broker, LogistiCare. The number to call is (856) 527-9933.
